This film is a really strong late 90s early 2000s time capsule.. you really had to be living in the time or at least extremely familiar with the film and TV culture of the late 90s and early 2000s to really appreciate the cameos and references.

In my teen years I loved Kevin Smith writing, he really had a connection with the target audience, felt real not like a corporation trying to target a particular demographic with phoney bullshit.
